KPMG has hired the gargantuan American law firm Squire Patton Boggs to try to bully us into shutting down this little website. Their first point of attack was the web designer, who they threatened to sue, despite being fully aware (unless Squire Patton Boggs are incompetent) that Section 12 of the Defamation Act 2013 protects web hosts from legal action if they are not responsible for the content - as was the case with this website.
Shame on you KPMG. Wouldn’t it be far simpler to just meet us and answer our questions?
